- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible Customer Service. Deposited a check and substantial amount of cash. Then took out an amount for less than deposited, in the form of a cashiers check. After this all occured, I check my account later only to see a couple hundred dollars in overdraft fees. They tell me later that I didn't have the available funds to take out the amount of money that I did even though it was for less money than I deposited. Funny thing is my account had a positive amount when we saw all of the fees. They refused to refund all of the fee's. They would only agree to half. We are leaving this bank for Chase. Fed up!
